Location, room and most especially the friendly staff. Rosie in particular was extremely helpful and checked in on us each day to ensure we’re well rested for the days adventure. She assisted with all of our tours and made sure we’re prepared and had our breakfast each day prior to going to our tour for that day. The hotel porter - older gentleman,was helpful and although did not speak that much English, he always had a small to his face to great each guest no matter what time of the day. All of the staff was always ready to assist any of the guest.

Very friendly staff. Cara was very accommodating and initiates conversation. She went out of her way to check up on us. Also the bell boy guy is very kind and helpful. Unusual and interesting also exceptional for a 4-star hotel. Communication with the reservation was excellent. We encountered a mishap and were not able to arrive on our intended dates and they were generous enough to allow us to rebook without charges. Buffet is excellent with various choices of food. Made you experience a vietnam local dish.

The hotel is new and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We booked a driver through the hotel multiple times, which was a fantastic and convenient way to get around, including trips to Marble Mountain and Hoi An in addition to Ba Na Hills. Overall, a pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Location is very good near to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Many massage shops around the area and supermarkets as well. Generally the location is amazing 15 minutes from airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cara made sure that we planned for the day and she helped us to book and plan for Ba Na hills tour. Restaurant serving good breakfast with live station for eggs. You can ask for other dishes as well. Fruits are included in the breakfast. Clean hotel with room being cleaned daily

The rooms were nice but our 2 rooms were a floor away. Sleeps 3 means you have one large bed for 3 people The Staff were so helpful and really made the trip amazing. They offered lots of assistance in setting up our tours and cars for our family. Breakfast was nice but not Western, but offered a nice variety. We were offered bacon one morning on the side. The beach was within walking distance but due to all the rain was not a location you were able to swim in at that time.
